RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MAISON LT

For hygiene, safety, and cosmetic product protection reasons, all sales made through Maison LT are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns;
• Exchanges; or
• Refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

We encourage every customer to carefully review the product descriptions before completing their purchase and to contact us if they have any questions regarding a product or collection.

Exception:

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product that was damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number; and
• Clear photos of the package and the product concerned.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Maison LT is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
